Japanese yuzu is well known for the exceptional scent of its fruits, especially for the taste of its highly refined juice and zest.

Yuzu is a small evergreen shrub with moderate growth, its resistance to cold is interesting up to -12C ° but for short periods.

Its white and fragrant bloom occurs in the spring of March to June, the Yuzu is self-fertile, the fruits reach maturity in October / November, it enjoys sunny locations and a substrate of a mixture of garden soil and 50% soil. A special citrus fertilizer 2 x a week is of course very favorable from March to November.

The plants proposed are grafted onto a C.Volkamariana rootstock
