The fruits of Malus Domestica Redcats are harvested in August until October. They are large apples with dark red skin and juicy, crunchy white flesh. Used in compote, pastry or knife apples, these fruits are appreciable by their taste qualities. These apples are of good conservation, harvested in the autumn they keep until January.
