How are the plants packaged?
Our 16 years of experience have allowed us to find the most appropriate way to ship plants. This guarantees you optimal and high-quality delivery of your plants.
- All our plants are first collected from our nursery, inspected, thoroughly watered, and labelled.
- The plants are then carefully packaged according to their specifications. They are then placed in a securely held cardboard box and wedged at each end with a stake.
- The box is then filled with natural, water-biodegradable corks, ensuring perfect consolidation and immobility of the contents.
- This ensures each package is sufficiently reinforced to withstand transport, ensuring optimal quality upon unpacking.

Is delivery free from a certain amount?
We are pleased to offer free delivery to Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for any order over €95.
Shipping fees will be automatically deducted as soon as your purchase reaches €95 (excluding shipping costs).

When do you ship the orders?
As soon as we receive your order, it is processed to be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed from Monday after 6:00 PM to Saturday before 12:00 PM are shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed from Saturday after 12:00 PM to Monday 6:00 PM are shipped on Tuesday.

How and how long do the plants travel to reach me?
Depending on the selected carrier and the destination country, delivery times may vary:
- Less than 24 to 48 hours for Belgium.
- 2 to 3 days for France, Germany, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- And 3 to 6 days for all other EU countries.

Is it possible to choose the delivery week?
We can postpone the shipment of your order by up to 3 to 4 weeks. Simply leave a message in the comment section during checkout.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order is completed, you can check the estimated shipping and delivery date in your customer account.
On the shipping day, you will also receive an email with your parcel's tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery step by step. The estimated dates shown in your account are generally reliable.

Can I have my order delivered to another person or place?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the purchase process. In this case, don't forget to inform the person who will receive the parcel...

How can I track my order?
From your customer account you can follow the progress of your order, there are 4 stages, you receive an email at each stage:
- Order received
- Payment received
- In preparation
- Parcel dispatched
In the last "parcel shipped" message, you will receive the tracking number for your parcel.

I would like to add an item to my order.
This is possible as long as the parcel is not closed and you have not received the "in preparation" tracking message.
In this case, simply send us an e-mail and we will send you a code that will cancel the shipping costs for your second order. We will add this to your initial parcel. You will also find this code in the payment confirmation message for your order.

Can you send me a paper catalogue?
We do not publish a paper catalogue, but this is planned.

What payment methods do you offer?
We use the 100% secure MultiSafepay solution, which accepts most cards specific to each country.
Payment by bank transfer is also possible, in which case you will automatically receive our bank details by e-mail with confirmation of your order.

Do you accept payment by cheque?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, as the cost of cashing them at Belgian banks is relatively high.

We ship to practically all EEC countries, except the islands.
