The Malus Domestica Karneval® or Karneval apple tree® is a variety of semi-early, high yielding apple tree. It has the distinction of producing good quality fruit, with the original color: their skin is yellow streaked with carmine red. It is also a variety very resistant to diseases such as scab and powdery mildew.

Hardy (it withstands temperatures down to -25 ° C), Malus domestica Karneval® at low upper port, can reach a height of 2 to 3 m in adulthood. The flowering period is from April to May.

The fruits mature in October and keep very well until February. The apples produced by Karneval apple tree® have a white, juicy and crunchy flesh. They have a slightly tart flavor and are pleasantly scented. Consumed raw, they are also very refreshing.

The proposed plants are grafted on a low stem on an MM111 rootstock. Malus Domestica Karneval®, for better fruiting, needs pollinating varieties, the most suitable are Pinova, Red Topaz and Santana. Itself is an excellent pollinator.
