Hosta Paul's Glory is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial from Asia. Its large 20 to 30 cm leaves are light green to yellowish with a bluish green border. Plantain lily Paul's Glory has a beautiful flowering from July to August, with a floral stalk adorned with pink bells. It is resistant to cold down to -15 ° C. It will quickly form a 55 cm tuft, for a spread of 50 to 90 cm.
Plantain lily Paul's Glory is a favorite ornamental feature with its expansive, embossed heart-shaped foliage and deep veins. The pink flowers of Hosta Paul's Glory are abundant in summer, they spread in clusters along the stems appearing in the center of the plant. Their resemblance to the fleur-de-lis is remarkable.
Hosta Paul's Glory will thrive in a shady environment, in neutral or acidic soil. It needs constant humidity, because it cannot stand drought, and it will be necessary to mulch it during the hottest periods to keep this humidity. Your Hosta Paul's Glory can be planted in beds, undergrowth, and in large pots.
