The Hosta Regal Splendor, a perennial native to Asia with a flared port, knows how to create a place of choice in the garden. It amazes by its voluminous tufts of large leaves of a bluish green in the shape of a cup with a wavy outline marked with creamy white. In the middle of summer, its wonderful bloom appears in the center of the imposing perennial. Finished by clusters of lavender purple colour bells, its magnificent floral stems that can reach a height of 1 m bloom from July to August.

Shade plant, the Plantain lily Regal Splendor must be cultivated in a soil with a neutral pH to acid. Quite resistant, the Hosta Regale Splendor withstands negative temperatures down to -15 °C and is resistant to pests, especially slugs.

Particularly recommended for shaded areas of the garden, Hosta regal Splendor is an ideal ground cover and particularly appreciates humid areas such as undergrowth. At the edge of a pond, this large elegant naturally unites land and water.
