Fruit Description

  • Reinette de France: yellow-brown apple, fine-textured flesh, very balanced sweet-tangy taste.
  • Reinette Étoilée (Star Reinette): rustic fruit, brown skin, spicy and complex aromas.
  • Court Pendu Rouge (Wise Apple): small dark red apple, firm flesh, sharp and fragrant flavour.

Harvest Periods

  • Reinette de France: October → early November
  • Reinette Étoilée: October → early November
  • Court Pendu Rouge: late September → mid-October
