Introduction

Perennial cress is a hardy, long-living plant, ideal for the vegetable garden. Its tender, slightly peppery leaves add freshness and flavor to salads, sandwiches, and cooked dishes. Very easy to grow, it self-seeds and provides an early harvest from spring.
