Its bloom in May with small white flowers is discreet, followed by a fruiting red berry that persists throughout the winter.

The holly Mrs Briot has a natural pyramidal port and easily accepts the cut, so it can be driven in a persistent hedge.

The variety Mrs Briot is a female holly, it can be pollinated by common holly or other male varieties, the main attraction is, of course, its foliage which clears the darkest places of the garden.

The culture of this holly is not difficult, it tolerates pollution as well as sea spray. You can place it in any situation, sun, partial shade, shadow and it accepts any type of soil.

The foliage of this holly is often used in floral decorations.
