Description
The 'Weima' hardy kiwi vine is a male dioecious climber of the species Actinidia arguta, used exclusively as a pollinator for female hardy kiwi cultivars. It produces no fruit, but is essential to fertilize numerous female varieties. Vigorous, resilient, and extremely cold-hardy, 'Weima' develops into a fast-growing, deciduous vine with abundant spring flowering. It is valued for its synchronous blooming with several female cultivars, making it a highly effective pollinator in gardens and home orchards. 'Weima' is key to ensuring successful fruiting on female kiwi vines.
