Planted in free hedge, shruberry or isolated and in pot, Bird Flowering Cherry tree or Prunus Padus Le Thoureil is a real pleasure for the senses!

The Bird Flowering Cherry tree Le Thoureil is a perennial decorative shrub easy to maintain. From research "Minier", it belongs to the prunus padus that we meet spontaneously in Europe, northern Asia and Japan. Medium in size (H6m / 3m at maturity), its light green, golden yellow autumn foliage contrasts with a dark brown bark with red hues.

From spring to autumn, the Prunus Padus Le Thoureil is the miraculous fountain of the garden : its supple, erect and then falling branches will delight you with a generous bloom of white bunches and will attract butterflies with its sweet almond scent. In summer and until autumn, its small red berries then black will make the feast of the birds.

Robust and fast-growing, Le Bird Flowering Cherry tree Le Thoureil will not disappoint you : very resistant, it is satisfied with poor soil and even limestone, withstands winter temperatures as well as diseases and pests ; planted in the sun or in partial shade, it is even said that it helps to dry the grounds too wet!
