Peach Bénédicte is very resistant to cold, it adapts to the coldest areas down to -20 °C.

Its pretty pink flowering makes its appearance in March / April, it is decorative but also self-fertile assuring you at the end of August of the big fruits of almost 200 g, they have a white flesh, juicy and sweet, of good taste value.

The proposed plants are grafted on a rootstock St-Julien, low stem, its height will not exceed 3 or 4 meters, the setting to fruit is fast, it can already intervene after the second year of plantation.

This variety of peach is preferred in our gardens and orchards because it brings the benefits without the disadvantages usually encountered in the culture of peach-tree.
