Very fertile, the Braeburn apple tree knows its flowering period towards the end of April. Apple blossoms are recognizable by their white color tinged with pink. Around mid-October, it produces two-tone red streaked fruits washed with yellow. Of big caliber, the apple of Malus Domestica Braeburn is very appreciated for its good taste quality. It is indeed characterized by a fine yellowish flesh, firm and crisp with a sweet and tart balanced taste. It can be kept for several months and can be used cooked, stewed or in pastries.

The Malus Domestica Braeburn is easy to grow in a sunny, airy orchard. It has a preference for deep soils and can withstand cold down to -20 ° C. In addition, this Braeburn apple tree is grafted in low-stem on a MM111 rootstock.
