Native to Japan, Deutzia gracilis belongs to the Hydrangeaceae family. It is a popular ornamental shrub, valued for its abundant, lightly scented flowering and its ease of cultivation.

Description and particularities

Habit: Bushy, dense, with slightly arching branches.

Foliage: Deciduous; bright green in season, turning reddish in autumn.
