Who has never dreamed of rediscovering the elegance and delicacy of Japanese gardens at home? The Fuji Cherry Tree Oshidori or Prunus incisa Oshidori, very floriferous, allows this. On its own, it is reminiscent of Japan, its home country with its enchanting pleasure gardens.

Prunus incisa Oshidori is adorned with magnificent and abundant double flowers, light pink in color, in early spring, in March-April. In the fall, its foliage takes on splendid orange-red hues. The Fuji Cherry Tree Oshidori has an elegant habit that stretches in width: it reaches only 3 to 3.5 m in height as an adult for a spread of 2.5 m. This small development variety adapts to all types of outdoors.

The Fuji Cherry Tree Oshidori is very easy to grow. It is particularly robust and resistant to cold: it withstands temperatures down to -20 ° C. In addition, it is not prone to disease and adapts to windy situations. Prunus incisa Oshidori thrives in cool soil of neutral or slightly acidic pH. Its naturally harmonious shape does not require pruning. It pairs wonderfully with the smaller Japanese Quince Nivalis, which flowers at the same time.
