Our favorite is the Choisya ternata Sundance Lich, commonly known as Mexican orange blossom Sundance Lich. This superb shrub with a compact and bushy habit radiates the garden in spring when young shoots appear of a very bright golden yellow. The large evergreen leaves with oval and pointed blades turn lime green while clusters of white, very fragrant and honey-bearing flowers burst forth from April to June and then rise again in August - September.

Planted in ordinary, well-drained soil, the Choisya ternate Sundance Lich appreciates a sunny or partial shade location, if possible sheltered from the wind. Under these optimum conditions, it can reach an adult height of 1.50 to 2 m for a spread of 1.50. mr. Resistant to harsh winter conditions, the Mexican orange blossom Sundance Lich tolerates temperatures down to -20 ° C.

Easy to grow, the Choisya ternate Sundance Lich is satisfied with a light pruning in June just after the first flowering, it imposes itself majestically in the center of a free hedge next to a neighbor such as the variegated weigelia dwarf. Isolated in a large container placed on a terrace, it perfumes the surroundings of the house with the intoxicating scent of its luxuriant flowering.
